Requirements needed for New Homes, Additions and Accessory Structures

Needed for New Homes

1.  3 sets of plans

2.  5 surveys - Must show a suggested finished yard grade – top of wall elevation, top of footing elevation and a percent (%) slope of driveways (refer to master grading plan)

3.  Erosion Control Plan Completed

4.  Thermal Performances Sheets (Heat Loss)

5.  Sewer Impact Fees paid. 

• Impact Fees (Pre-permitting Fees)

6.  Truss Specs. ( if applicable)

7.  Separate permits are required for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing

8.  Subdivision Architectural Control Committee Approval Documentation

 

Needed for Additions of any Type 

1.  3 sets of plans

3.  Erosion control plan if breaking ground

Needed for Accessory Buildings - Including Swimming Pools & Decks 

1.  Plans and Description of Building

2.  Survey or Plot Plan of Property

3.  Erosion Control Plan if Breaking Ground
