Registration Information

Registration can be made three ways:

Registration can be made in person at the Oconomowoc Parks & Recreation Department during normal business hours. Please note that our new computer registration process allows us to only handle one customer at a time.
Mail in registrations can be sent in using the proper mail-in registration forms found in our brochures. Send mail-in registration forms with checks made payable to: Oconomowoc Parks & Recreation Department

An after-hours drop box is located outside our front doors with access to our seasonal brochures, which contain registration forms.

Note the registration deadlines for your particular program. There is a $10 charge for late registrations.

Participants living outside the city limits of Oconomowoc will need to pay a Nonresident Fee. If you already have a N. R. Card, put your card number on the registration form.

Registrations will not be accepted over the phone or without full payment.

Nonresident Fee Policy

(Residents are those who pay City of Oconomowoc taxes.)

Residents living outside the City of Oconomowoc limits are required to pay a nonresident fee to participate in the City of Oconomowoc Parks and Recreation Department programs. When activities are held at a school district facility, the N.R. fee is waived for participants living within the school district boundaries. Nonresidents have two options for payment of the N.R. fee:

Nonresidents may purchase a yearly non-resident card for $50 per person or $150 per family for all family members who reside at the same address. The yearly N.R. cards expire one year from date of issuance as the date corresponds with the start of the program.

Nonresidents may choose to pay the per-program N.R. fee which is calculated as an additional 50% of the program fee. The additional fee will not exceed $25 per program.

Exceptions:

	Swimming & skating season bands will require a $25 N.R. fee per person in addition to the band fee.
	Adult team programs will not be eligible for the per program option and must pay the $50 N.R. fee. City Park or facility rentals will require a N.R. fee of $50 in addition to the rental fees.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be issued if a program is cancelled. The director will review any refund requests submitted in writing and determine the amount of the refund less the administrative fee of 20% (minimum of $10.00).
