The City of Oconomowoc provides community wide parks and recreation services through the Parks and Recreation Department with policies and budget development determined by the Parks and Recreation Board. The department has two divisions:

For inquiries contact Park and Recreation Department Philosophy on Youth Recreational Activities Dog Park Exercise Area Rules and Registration Form DOG EXERCISE AREA Oconomowoc has an on-leash dog exercise area! It is located on the southern end of Roosevelt Park. All dogs and their owners MUST enter from the Worthington Street entrance. Dogs must have a permit (available for purchase at the Community Center) and must be on a leash 6 feet or less in length at ALL TIMES. Dogs must be legally licensed and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Owners are responsible for the clean up of their dog's waste. Receptacles are provided. Please use the exercise area responsibly.
