Chief to appoint one officer from list of three names. Consider/act on confirmation of Chief's appointment. Chief to elect not to request certific ation of two remaining names.Motion to void remaining eligibility list. Consider/ act on the future announcement for examination and changes to the hiring process and to establish a new eligibility list for the position of entrance level police officer.Presentation by Atty.
