1. Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification
Approve minutes of previous meet ing:
July 19, 2007
Commission to certify three names to the Chief to fill one vacancy.
Chief to appoint one officer from list of three names.
Consider/act on confirmation of Chief's appointment.
Chief to elect not to request certific ation
of two remaining names.
Motion to void remaining eligibility list.
Consider/ act on
the future announcement for examination and changes to the hiring process and to
establish a new eligibility list for the position of entrance level police
officer.
Presentation by Atty. Ro n
Stadler to the Police and Fire Commission, orientating the members to their
responsibilities in a Disciplinary Hearing.

of the Police and Fire Commission in order to gather information. The only action
to be taken at the above-noticed meeting will be action by the Commission.
