Facility and Park Rentals

COMMUNITY CENTER ROOMS

	Nonprofit functions only
	The Community Center is a nonsmoking facility
	Reservations must be made in person
	Upper & lower hall rentals are available year round and are handicap accessible
	Includes banquet tables, chairs, & podium upon request
	Nonresidents will be charged an additional $50 fee

Upper Hall ( 45’ x 57’)

Accommodates approx. 100 to 125 people

Serving counter and sink, restrooms and outside entrance

$45.00 per hour plus tax

Lower Hall (33’ x 48’ )

Accommodates approx. 40 to 50 people

Restrooms and outside entrance

$34.00 per hour plus tax

Meeting Room (25’ x 28’)

Accommodates approx. 25 to 30 people

Serving counter & sink, restrooms and outside entrance

$34.00 per hour plus tax

Additional Fees:

Coffee pot rentals – $2

TV/VCR rental – $10

Beer/Wine distribution permit – $5

Park Rentals

	Fee is $40.00 (plus tax) per site for City residents
	A non-resident fee of $50 (plus tax) applies for those not residing in the City of Oconomowoc
	Reservations can be made after the 1^st of the year

Roosevelt Park

(six sites available)

99-acre community park located in the south-central portion of the city. The park includes a baseball diamond, sandlot softball diamond, horseshoe pits, soccer field, picnic area playground, several sand volleyball courts, large park shelter, restroom facilities and an undeveloped area covered by woodlands.

Fowler Park

(one site available)

10-acre community park located on the eastern shore of Fowler Lake in the central portion of the City. The park includes two tennis courts, three picnic areas, basketball court, playground, shoreline fishing, and a park shelter with restroom facilities.

Riverside Park

(one site available)

Two-acre river access site located on the Oconomowoc River in the east-central portion of the City. This neighborhood park includes picnic area, playground, shoreline fishing area, park shelter and restroom facilities.
