Community Interest Signs |
Permitted by conditional use permit. The size, configuration, and design are per conditional use permit. Community interest signs shall [1] only display information of general interest to City residents, [2] may be located on private or public property (including street rights-of-way), [3] conform to visibility requirements, [4] and shall not count against sign area permitted on private property. Community interest signs shall not advertise a product, private event, or activity for profit. |

Nonconforming Signs |
Nonconforming signs may remain but may not be enlarged, or increased in number, height, or illumination. Nonconforming signs must be removed when new signs are added, when a business changes, or when new tenants occupy a building. |
